This week of National Safe Work Month is dedicated to the lungs. 

Many industries are at high risk of occupational lung disease, including construction, manufacturing, agriculture, mining, and those who work with engineered stone.

Safe Work Australia says it is important to understand what hazards may cause occupational lung diseases at a workplace.

Safe Work Australia has also been running the Clean Air. Clear Lungs. campaign, which provides business owners and operators with information about how to identify and manage the risks of occupational lung diseases at their workplaces.
