The Role

As a Site Health and Safety Superintendent you will play a critical part in managing the HSE site team, including 2 Senior HSE Advisors, 2 Environmental Advisors and 1 Quality Advisor. The key duties include the following:

• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, Australian Standards, and Codes of Practice
• Oversee health and safety practices on-site for various projects including infrastructure, earthworks, and piping
• Monitor and report on HSE performance and improvements

Key Criteria

As a Site health and Safety Superintendent you will have the following:

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Proven experience in a HSE leadership role within a project environment
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation, Australian Standards, and Codes of Practice
• Experience in construction and/or operational plant environments
