Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins will soon give an important talk on workplace sexual harassment. 

Preventing workplace sexual harassment and strengthening responses to it will be the focus of an upcoming Comcare webinar.

The session, dubbed Building a culture of respect: Workplace sexual harassment – never part of the job will feature Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins and Comcare CEO Sue Weston.

The event, on 18 August 2021, will discuss drivers, impacts and at-risk groups for workplace sexual harassment. It will also cover prevention strategies for leadership, risk management, culture and knowledge.

The authorities will also talk about how to strengthen responses both in the physical workplace and with the shift to the online workplace.
