Comcare’s new Chief Executive Officer has started work this week.

Jennifer Taylor has officially replaced former Comcare CEO Paul O’Connor from Monday.

Ms Taylor has served as the Deputy Secretary for Employment at the Department of Employment, while also holding high-tier positions in the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations under the former federal government.

She has worked as Deputy Secretary Early Childhood, Working Age and Indigenous Participation, and Group Manager, Labour Market Strategies Group.

Ms Taylor says she will bring a strong commitment to helping Comcare promote workplace health and safety, prevent workplace harm and aid the return to work for the sick or injured.
