Quad safety survey open
Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is seeking views on quad bike safety.
The public is being invited to share thoughts about quad bike safety in a confidential 15 minute survey.
“For too long, quad bike users have been over-represented in serious injury statistics. Sadly, more than fifty Queenslanders have been killed using quad bikes since 2011,” Worksafe says.
“This survey will help us to better understand the behaviours and beliefs of people who own or use quad bikes for work, recreation or any other purpose.”
The authority says that information provided will be treated as confidential and will only be released in a manner that prevents individual identification.
The survey closes Monday 27 February 2023.
