We are currently looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join our Inverell processing facility in NSW, where safety and quality are our top priorities.

Your Role:
As a Health and Safety Advisor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of health and safety processes.
- Conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
- Investigating incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Supporting the team in adhering to WHS policies and fostering a culture of safety.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of health and safety practices.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated individual with:
- Previous WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) experience – minimal is fine!
- A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- The ability to understand and implement processes in a high-risk environment.
- Nice-to-have skills, such as:
- Investigation skills and experience with root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with food manufacturing or similar environments.
- A commitment to obtaining required certifications, including First Aid and others as needed.
