Change Analyst
- $106,700 per annum + superannuation
- Fixed Term Contract until 30th April, 2025
- Geelong based (hybrid working model – 3 days in the office)

About the role
Working within Strategic Delivery and the Enterprise Delivery division, this role is primarily responsible for analysing, applying and monitoring change processes into the organisation.
Utilising stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, this role supports the delivery of change based projects and helps to develop and implement effective change plans into business units, while contributing to wider initiatives at WorkSafe.
Key accountabilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of change projects across the wider business while monitoring and assessing their impact
- Complete core change artefacts, including: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, change plan and change readiness assessments
- Assist in the preparation of regular status updates and reports on planned change activities
- Participate in Enterprise Change Management Practice capability uplift initiatives
- Regularly liaise with key change stakeholders and inform them of change strategies and planning being implemented
- Collaborate with Senior Change Managers and Change Managers to deliver on relevant projects
- Assist with the creation of change readiness surveys
- Assess change readiness surveys from across the wider business and sharing results with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor stakeholder engagement and analyse receptiveness to change

About you
You are an experienced Change Analyst who enjoys delivering high level support to large teams. Your verbal communication is excellent and you have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly build rapport with others. Furthermore, you will also possess:
- Experience within a large and complex organisation is desirable
- High attention to detail
- Experience managing internal stakeholders to a high standard
- Experience managing competing priorities and reaching deadlines
Qualifications:
- Tertiary Qualification or experience in a relevant field is preferred
