Tip Top is currently seeking applications for a "hands on" Hygiene Operator based at our Carrara Site. Reporting to the Hygiene Supervisor, we are seeking a successful applicant to play a key role in our Carrara Hygiene team.
Available Shift Patterns:
- Full-time: Monday-Friday (7:00am - 3:00pm). Can be flexible.
- Full-time: Monday-Friday (4:00pm-12:00am). Some weekend work may be required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience cleaning in a food manufacturing site (FMCG) - required 1 year experience.
- Chemical handling exposure/knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sanitation continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Reliable and willing to learn.
- Physically fit, some heavy lifting at times.
- Excellent time management.
- Work cohesively in a team but also able to work alone.
- Attention to detail.
- Working at heights experience (preferable).
