Regional Anangu Services Aboriginal Corporation (RASAC) is an Anangu owned and managed organisation which delivers a range of government and other services across the APY Lands in the far north west of South Australia.

RASAC is a strong and progressive organisation with a strong growth record. With a view to securing our ongoing growth, and being pro-active in succession planning, we are seeking to engage two Human Resource professionals to be part of our team based in our Alice Springs office.

Human Resources Manager
Reporting to the Workforce and Programs Development Manager, the Human Resources (HR) Manager will lead and deliver the Human Resources functions for the organisation, including HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategic plans, such as recruitment and selection, employment agreements, performance management, worker’s compensation, staff training and development, HR data and reporting, development and implementation of HR policies and practices. The position will also assist with the development of new and current programs and services delivered by RASAC and oversee the roles of HR Coordinator and WHS Coordinator.

Human Resources Coordinator
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the main function of the Human Resources Coordinator will be to coordinate and administer the organisation’s human resources functions including recruitment, policies and systems, performance development and training. Both positions will be based at the RASAC Alice Springs office but will also require travel to and spend time on the APY Lands as needed to support RASAC operations and teams.
